Seen at SDCC booth, Batman in black and red (apparently this is the coloring Mexico went with for merch back in the 60s, honestly it does look kind of sharp...), Batgirl in blue and gray (New Adventures style, also kind of sharp...), a masked Joker with the dehydrator backpack from the movie (rights for that now?...) and a comic book Wonder Woman (costume is Carter's but the likeness and build are not)
My friend told me to stop quoting the Monkees. I thought she was joking. But then I saw her face.
I found the Bookworm/Nightwing/Alfred/Space Batman wave at Gamestop. Wax Robin was there but I'm not buying the episode-specific figures. I'm glad to have Alfred for the Batcave, and Bookworm looks good. Nightwing is fine, as is Space Batman. As a fan of the comic, I'm okay with those versions.
Jim, I was thinking about McFarlane not using Burt Ward's face for Nightwing, and I wonder if it's because they'd have to pay him? Comic Nightwing should be covered under their licensing agreement, but I wonder if they'd need to compensate Ward for using his likeness?
You've probably nailed it on the Ward likeness, speaking of which I'm really surprised that there is still no False Face since there are no likeness rights with that guy...

New retailer list shows three figures for the New Adventures of Batman segment. Another Batman, another Riddler (green this time?...) and Scarecrow. Howz about Catwoman, Clayface, Sweet Tooth and Dr. Bubbles?...
