Agatha All Along "Death's Hand In Mine"

A much more fitting ending for Lilia.
The episode is mind-bending, challenging, confounding, and often maddening. The non-linear structure will probably make it great for rewatches but my first viewing was frustrating. Good frustrating though. Don't mistake that for bad frustrating.
Rio is Death. What does that mean?
"Time In A Bottle" was an interesting choice for the end credits considering the ties it has to Quicksilver in the X-Men films. Neat.
I liked the episode. 4 stars.

Agatha All Along "Follow Me My Friend / To Glory At The End"

This had all the makings of a series finale and then "Boo!" Well played. Nice twist ending.
Serious dramatic stakes here as well as a lot of trippy dreamlike imagery. Not sure how enthused Marvel fans will be about all this. But I thought it was pretty good. 3 1/2 stars.
Agatha All Along "Maiden Mother Crone"

Sigh. Yet ANOTHER Marvel series that cannot stick the landing.
I actually got my hopes up here. I feel dumb.
I actually liked the flashbacks in the 1700's with Nicholas. I just find the idea that the Witches Road is a con that Teen inadvertently created makes the entire series feel pointless.
Agatha planned to kill everyone at the beginning and was surprised by the Witches Road? It's just... awful. No other way to describe it.
And the cliffhanger ending is annoying because I can't see why Marvel would bother greenlighting a second season while Agatha is a ghost.
A major let-down and disappointment. The Marvel brand at this point. 2 stars.
