Mattel is adding movie based figures to the Masterverse line. Don't seem to have likeness rights and it may just be rights for the costumes like Super7's Classics figures.

Pixel-Dan revealed the fall releases for Masterverse today, Mattel is supposed to clarify where each item is being sold tomorrow at 9 am when the pre-orders are supposed to be live.
