Let me start by saying this show is EXTREME in every sense. Being animated takes some of the bite out of it but this show goes above and beyond Peacemaker in the extremes so definitely NOT for kids. That said, I'm enjoying the story so far (six episodes available right now), most of the characters are far more likeable from the start than anyone in Peacemaker was. It did take a bit to get myself invested in the characters and the story but it should get you there by episode three or four. The show reminds me very much of how some D&D games I've been involved with were played, I'm guessing their webshow is them playing much the same way this show has been scripted. If I read the series synopsis right, I think that there are 6 more episodes (3 drop each Friday) in this particular story arc and then there is a 20 year jump and new batch of characters for the next 12 episodes.
(Bonus for me, the actress playing the druid is a local girl. She's from a little town called Mt. Washington which is just on the south side of the Louisville city/county limits and about 12 miles north of where I am.)
My friend told me to stop quoting the Monkees. I thought she was joking. But then I saw her face.
