That show had the most batshit crazy villains. Super toyetic. I'm surprised the toyline wasn't a bigger hit.

@matt-zimmer Fone, I know you're the one who can answer this... Almost everything I've ever seen written about Silverhawks and Tigersharks was that the series were related to each other and to Thundercats in some way but there were never any explanation how. Are the series related to each other "in universe" and how are they tied together or are they only related in the sense that it was the same studio and primarily the same writers, directors and voice cast?
My friend told me to stop quoting the Monkees. I thought she was joking. But then I saw her face.

Same studio, writers, voice cast, and crazy tone. They are unrelated to each other In-Universe. The overrated 2011 Thundercats remake hinted it was going to eventually bring over the Silverhawks and Tigersharks and make it one big universe, but it was canceled after one season. Good thing too, because it sounds like what the producers had cooking up for future seasons was atrocious.

Wave One of Silverhawks pushed back to October. Super7 and BBTS are doing everything in their power to avoid taking my money. I'm beginning to take it personally.

They finally have a paint sample they can show off but I gotta say I'm not too impressed with it. When I think of color-shifting paint I think of color changes that have more contrast and dynamic visual to it than this. Mind you, the base color looks like a great match to the animation but I have a feeling the people who have a strong connection to the toys aren't going to like this very much... It says that there will be an e-mail update to buyers coming the beginning of the week. Since I ordered wave 1 directly from Super7 I should get that and I'll re-post it here once it hits my inbox.
