J1h15233 here. I haven’t been able to log in to my account for weeks now. It says my password is wrong, which it’s not and when I try to do a reset password email, it never appears. Need some help with this please.

I had this problem before too. The password email is never sent. I had to email AFI's tech support team to get it sorted.

It's what I did. It took a few days but they got back to me and fixed it.

I have sent multiple emails from multiple email addresses just in case replies were being filtered, sent to spam or just straight deleted. No response at all. I guess I’ll ultimately just have to make a new permanent name until that one gets screwed up. Honestly it looks like the forum switch was the final nail in the coffin. Even SD doesn’t post any more.
