So, Mattel and WB are contracting for product based on DC Comics ... again?

What exactly will we be getting?

Nothing in the release to hint at that but I'd guess some more licensed Barbies.

Perhaps a renewal of the Imaginext offerings (unless FisherPrice is considered separately and not part of this new deal)

Maybe product based on animated series?

Will we see DC MegaBlox since the Lego are barely there anymore?

Is there something I'm missing
I don't see a return to a line like DCUC or even a "retro" line as both of those would be a direct conflict with McFarlane's offerings.

This is such an oddly timed deal, can't wait for more details

MOTU x Thundercats

These are supposed to hit around April and I hope that they are easier to find than the Turtles of Grayskull have been. This first batch of images seems to point toward it taking some at least some story points from the MOTU/Thundercats comic from a few years back. The Thundercat characters have MOTU elements that seem to be removable/interchangeable to make fairly classic looking Origins compatible Thundercats, so much so that I may be buying two of each of the cats to display both versions (I really wish that the promo photos that have been released had shown Lion-O and Cheetara with the Eternian headgear instead of the classic hair pieces). The one I'm looking forward to the most, though, is Thunder Battle Cat-Man. Can't tell from the photo but I hope that he uses the larger "Andre" body (as should Skell-Ra). Wave two is rumored to have He-Man, Panthro and Tygra. I suspect that the rounder WWE body will get it's first MOTU use when Slythe makes his appearance in the line. Have to wonder if Snarf and the kittens will make it to the line...

Not sure who here still collects these but Mattel just announced via their Social Media that a special "Ru Paul Dragon Queen" figure is coming out and it is Fab-U-Lous!

Hot Wheels Racer Verse

Looks like this line has some legs and is expanding.

In addition to the Batman racer that Dan found, there is also a Joker and a "Batman v Wonder Woman" 2pack.

Also found new Jurassic Park themed Velociraptor Racer, Ninja Turtles, and "Inside Out: Joy" racer shipping now.

Jack Skellington was found on eBay so I'll be hunting that one now as well.

Batwheels by Fisher Price

Saw the lineup today at my local Walmart.

I found:

* Batmobile, Robin, Catwoman motorbike, Joker van, Riddler copter on single cards

* Batmobile, Joker Van, Riddler Copter, and Catwoman coupe in a box set

* Bat-monster truck with (sorry, I forget who) in a 2 pack.

Vehicles are die-cast which is nice but $4.99 per single isn't my favorite price point for Hot Wheels sized cars, licensed or not. The box set back showed the Robin vehicle even though it isn't in the box but none of the other packages show other vehicles at all so now I'm not completely sure what else to be looking for removed link

this is random but back when you first got the Justice League figures you had Hawkgirl with a staff or something, I have been looking for weapons to add to her display and was wondering if you still had photos of that review or know where the staff comes from.
*related note, thinking about that photo reminds me of when JL figures first came out and remember visiting your review like a zillion times until I found the set. Lol.

Mattel is adding movie based figures to the Masterverse line. Don't seem to have likeness rights and it may just be rights for the costumes like Super7's Classics figures.
