For those of you looking for a "new" LitRPG series I recommend you check out this series.

It was originally written and published during Covid and has since found massive mainstream support and is being republished in very nice Hardcovers. Each book comes with a new serial previously unpublished to help expand the world and the characters. The full series is 7 books long, books 1-3 are out now and 4-7 will be coming out 1 per month for the next 4 months.

The series is a nice mix of Hitchhiker's Guide and Baldur's Gate and touches on fair amount of popular nerd culture. The humor can be a bit raunchy and sophomoric at times and the gore factor is truly maxed out during battles so if that's a trigger for you be aware. But the characters are fun and well rounded and the situations, while extreme and far-fetched, are creatively handled and fun to work through.

Despite each book being 200+ pages, I've blown through the first three in about a day each and I am typically not a fast reader. This just has me that entertained.
