American Dad "The Pink Sphinx Holds Her Hearts On The Turn"

I liked it.
Stan is back, but his role is small so MacFarlane doesn't have to overdo it with the voice.
Jeff doesn't understand the game at the beginning. I'm with him.
I loved Francine's rage at the end. I get why she was pissed.
It was a good week. 4 stars.

American Dad! "A Little Extra Scratch"

It was pretty good but when Hayley called it pretty gruesome she wasn't wrong. I mean, the thing with Stan's face was stomach-churning.
I love that Hayley gives Jeff an allowance for book-fair but doesn't want him to get Goosebumps because he'll be up all night. I remember the episode a couple of seasons ago where Steve mentioned he's very concerned about Jeff. He's dumb but not funny dumb. Like maybe Hayley committed a crime when she married him. They need to get their stories straight.
It was good, not great. 3 1/2 stars.

American Dad! "Into The Jingleverse"

American Dad has one of my favorite fictional portrayals of Santa ever. Not because he's evil. Because he's funny. I remember the episode "Ninety North, Zero West" when Santa is doing the big light show in the Planetarium, and it fritzes out, and he asks the guy in the booth why the rest of the presentation worked but that didn't. And the guy tells him that those parts of the presentation were stored on separate servers. And Santa says "I kind of want to know why we did that, but I feel like I'll probably be really frustrated by the answer..." and he's a perfect character.
This episode didn't have him doing anything as funny as that, but he was still pretty damn funny. 4 stars.

It's a very fun and clever episode.
Never saw Citizen Kane but I'm wondering if that was a reference to it at the end.
The dumb cops are hilarious. As is Terlington.
I love how much this show often makes me smile. It's been on the air forever and can still do that. Why can't Futurama? 4 stars.

Wacky episode. I freaking love Jeff. He makes everything better.
I laughed at Roger's assistant sending him a picture of her flipping him off. I thought that was hilarious.
Mayor Garfield is a demanding customer.
Give the sprinkle canon to someone who can use it.
Loved Greg yelling at Bullock. He's the only one who can sing on his show!
I loved the episode. 4 stars.

It's good to remember that Stan and Roger are friends and to explore why that is. I thought the flashback at the end was great.
The stuff with Good Klaus was pretty good too. Although the ending with Rogu made me cringe a little.
Good episode. 3 1/2 stars.

I'm with Steve here. I'm on the spectrum. Always was a finicky eater as a kid. Never EVER followed popular eating trends. Sometimes made me feel a bit alienated.
The Joker parallels was pretty weird, don't you think?
Also weird was the stuff with the dude's mail. What was that about?
I related to the parts of the episode about not getting into a popular food craze. But much of the rest of the episode confused me. 3 stars.

Roger's persona this week is named Gilda! Yay!
So Hayley is crazier than Roger this week.
I love the Church Chicken guard looking down at Hayley. It doesn't seem like she knows much.
Laughed at the Patrick Swayze pastor.
What a fucked up restaurant.
Hayley's harassment of the pastor was pretty gross. Him getting killed by the mob was insane. And yeah, Roger takes that lead. What a mess.
Yeah, the family was absent. Just realized that at the end.
All roads lead to Raider Dave. Also Hayley is officially an adult woman. She gets a hamster now.
Loved the live-action footage from Dirty Dancing.
Checked IMDB. Emile Ardolino DID indeed direct both Dirty Dancing and Sister Act. And yes, he's way dead.
I loved this episode. 4 stars.

Making snow out of powdered bones is the best part of butchering.
It's an episode set in Germany that had nothing to do with Klaus. 4 stars.

Most of the episode was cynical, but I loved the ending. I love that Jeff just wanted to go home because the Smiths are the only family he's ever known. Goddamn that guy is SO fucking sweet.
And he tanked the dumb investments on purpose so he wouldn't have to move. How cute is he?
I love Jeff Fischer. He can stay in my dank-ass weed factory for as long as he likes. 3 1/2 stars.

Suze only ate the rare butterfly because she thought it was a hummingbird. Great and believable excuse.
You know, you are supposed to feel sympathy for Hayley because her journalism dreams are being crushed, but considering what Morning Mimosa is, I think she should stay in her lane instead. Honestly, the idea that Trish and Suze used to be journalists is pretty ridiculous to begin with.
I love that Stan is all "This has Hayley written all over it." It sure does.
They can hit the Total Reset Button at the end because they were blackout drunk. Smart resolution.
Hilarious episode. 4 stars.
