Did a full-screen, full resolution screen grab and I can't make out anything or the image but I'm not that versed on Thundercats characters.

I have no clue who that character is. Mandora is a must but if she comes with a vehicle, she's gonna be super expensive. I really hope she is released solo in lieu of a full wave.
It amazes me we never got a Mandora figure.

Also, maybe this is not putting too fine a point on it, but maybe they'd do better in actually releasing the waves we've preordered and have been promised for the better part of two years before showing us stuff for six waves ahead. Just a thought.

Wave 2 and 4 are on the water and are (supposedly) going to arrive very soon. Recent interview with Brian made it sound like wave 4 should arrive and ship first. Cheetara and the Thundertank are in tooling and wave 5 has passed the test shot phase and the first paint samples are with Super7.

Yes. I have seen that but I don't have the access to fix that and I have to e-mail/message like anyone else. Best for everyone to contact Peter directly instead of me trying to be an intermediary and possibly missing messages or just delaying things because I don't get a lot of time in front of the keyboard anymore. Sorry I can't be of more direct help.

Preorders up for that and the Electro-Charger. 150 bucks for the bike. But it looks like they are gonna consider that the wave, so I can afford them both.

Wave 6 is all LJN color variants...
Super7 apparently sent the link out too soon, not sure why they'd pull back after sending out the e-mail, but... Wonder when they will let these go live again...
To me this seems like the sort of thing to offer one at a time as the "extra"/non-essential item/figure in a wave of new figures not as a wave unto itself. I also get the idea of re-paints to get more bang for the tooling dollar but I'm not really interested in having a re-paint set of every LJN release (or worse, a this-might-be-what-an-LJN-figure-of-this-character-may-have-looked-like color scheme). The reduction in accessories probably isn't going to sit well with collectors, either. Are those new heads or are the new colors just making them look that different?

These are not just colored variants. They're new sculpts. I'm probably getting them. Although I wish they had waited. There are still a ton of characters they haven't gotten to yet. I want Hachiman, Ratar-O, Mongor, Captain Shiner, Driller, Snarf, the Thunderkittens, and Safari Joe way more than these.

I THINK they are new sculpts. They are new heads for sure.

The more I think about these, the more on the fence I am about getting them. They ARE nice, remind me of the toys I had as a kid, and I WOULD like to have them. But they are 55 dollars each plus tax and shipping. That's awfully expensive. I can justify getting Mirror Lion-O in a wave. An entire wave of characters I already have? I dunno. At least Mirror Lion-O is ostensibly a new character. I don't know if I can justify spending that much money for two versions of the same character, much less 4 characters.
The reduction in accessories probably isn't going to sit well with collectors, either.
I actually don't mind that bit. LJN's stuff also came with minimal accessories. Frankly, the extra heads and hands are overkill. What I would have liked instead is if they had focused less on articulation and decided to give the figures similar action features from the LJN toys (and Lion-O and Mumm-Ra light-up eyes). They LOOK sort of like the LJN toys. If they were as FUN as them I could definitely justify pulling the trigger. But they're not.
