At SDCC Pixel Dan asked Brian about the vac metal and if it would increase the price and he was told that, yes, it would because the process is more expensive (same goes for why the GitD Cheetara was $65). At the time the costs hadn't been finalized and he wasn't sure if it would bump the figures $10 or $20, luckily $10 won out!
